Process & Quality

Suit manufacturing process and quality control.

Jacket, trouser and optional waistcoat decisions are aligned at sample stage, then protected through cutting, sewing, pressing and final control.

Six stages

A production order that protects the garment structure.

Understanding the technical expectation correctly is the first and most important quality checkpoint.

  1. Brief & Tech Pack

Style, measurements, material, quantity and target date are reviewed.

  2. Pattern Development

The base pattern and style application are built around the target silhouette.

  3. Sample Approval

Fit, structure and appearance are aligned through feedback.

  4. Production Plan

Materials and operation sequence are organised for the order.

  5. Sewing & Pressing

Critical operations are completed with in-line checks.

  6. Final Inspection

Measurements, appearance, labelling and packing are verified.

Quality discipline

We control the process before the result.

The goal is not only to find an issue at the end, but to identify and correct it early within the production flow.
