The jacket’s fit and internal construction are reviewed together at sample stage.

Lapel and shoulder line, sleeve construction, pockets, buttons, lining, interlining and internal construction are considered as connected parts of the same model. Approved details are transferred into the production information.

Production decisions

Core decisions transferred into production

01

Lapel, shoulder and sleeve

Lapel shape, shoulder line, sleeve form and related measurements are reviewed together against the technical file and sample.

02

Pockets, buttons and lining

Pocket types and positions, button configuration and lining choice are defined from the technical information and approved sample.

03

Interlining and internal construction

Interlining and other internal-construction decisions are connected to the intended fit and the jacket construction approved on the sample.

04

Production scope, minimum order and lead time

Scope is defined per project, from cut-and-sew production with an approved technical file to production that includes pattern and sample support. Minimum order quantity and lead time are confirmed after reviewing styles, approximate quantity, workmanship details, material readiness and the approval schedule.

05

Material responsibility and quality control

Specifications and sourcing responsibility for fabric, lining and other garment materials are agreed before production. The approved sample and measurement chart guide in-line checks on critical operations and checks on measurements, symmetry, pressing and final appearance.

06

Branding and packing

Brand, size and care labels, hangers, garment covers, bags and carton configuration can be included according to approved placement and dispatch requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How are lapel, shoulder and sleeve details approved?

The technical information is reviewed on the sample, and the approved lapel shape, shoulder line, sleeve form and measurements become the production reference.

How are pocket, button and lining decisions defined?

Pocket and button types and positions and the lining choice are agreed at sample stage using the technical file or reference garment.

How are interlining and internal construction transferred into production?

The internal construction is reviewed together with the sample’s fit and overall construction, then recorded in the approved production information.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity is not a fixed figure; it is agreed per project after reviewing the product, number of styles, approximate quantity, materials, workmanship details and production scope.

How are sampling, revisions and production lead time planned?

There is no single standard lead time. The sample, revision and production schedule is confirmed for the project after the technical information, styles, approximate quantity, material readiness and approval flow are reviewed.

Who supplies the fabric and other materials?

Technical specifications and responsibility for supplying fabric, lining and other garment materials are agreed clearly at the start of the project.

How is quality control handled?

The approved sample and measurement chart are the reference. Critical operations are reviewed in production, while measurements, symmetry, pressing, appearance, labels, quantities and packing are evaluated at in-line and final checkpoints.

Can you apply brand labels and custom packing?

Yes. Brand, size and care labels, hangers, garment covers, bags and carton configuration can be included according to approved specifications.
