Product scope and minimum order
Two- or three-piece construction, number of styles, size breakdown and production scope are reviewed together. Minimum order quantity is agreed per project rather than presented as one fixed figure.
CONTRACT SUIT MANUFACTURING
Gülteks manages two- and three-piece men’s suit projects for brands with a 100-person production team, covering WearCADFE pattern work, sampling, cutting, sewing, pressing, inspection and packing.

Our planning reference is approximately 5,000 two-piece suit equivalents per month. This is not guaranteed output: capacity is recalculated for each project according to construction, workmanship level, product mix, material readiness and the sample and production approval flow. Order-specific capacity and lead time are confirmed in a written production plan after the technical file is reviewed.
Production decisions
Two- or three-piece construction, number of styles, size breakdown and production scope are reviewed together. Minimum order quantity is agreed per project rather than presented as one fixed figure.
The technical file or reference garment is translated into a digital pattern in WearCADFE, with grading and marker information connected to production preparation as required.
Fit, measurements, construction and workmanship are assessed on the sample. Revision scope and timing are set in writing according to styles, quantity, material status and approval schedule.
Specifications and sourcing responsibility for fabric, lining, interlining, buttons, zips and other trims are agreed before the order starts.
The approved sample and measurement chart are the reference for checks on critical operations, measurements, symmetry, pressing, appearance, labels, quantities and packing.
Brand, size and care labels, hangers, garment covers, bags and carton configuration are applied according to approved placement and dispatch requirements.
