PRODUCT EXPERTISE

Trouser manufacturing for your brand

Gülteks handles men’s trousers projects according to the model, measurements and production details approved by each brand.

Charcoal pleated trousers with plain hems on a hanger, visible from waistband to hems.

Trouser measurements and details are defined from waist to hem at sample stage.

Waist construction, pleat configuration, pockets, belt loops, fastening and zip, hem finish and the size range are reviewed together. Approved decisions are transferred into the production information.

Production decisions

Core decisions transferred into production

01

Waist, pleats and size range

Waist construction, pleated or flat-front styling, measurement points and size-based values are confirmed from the technical information and sample.

02

Pockets, belt loops and fastening

Pocket types and positions, belt-loop configuration and button, hook and zip details are defined according to the approved model.

03

Leg line and hem finish

Leg shape, hem finish and related measurements are connected to the approved sample and measurement chart.

04

Production scope, minimum order and lead time

Scope is defined per project, from cut-and-sew production with an approved technical file to production that includes pattern and sample support. Minimum order quantity and lead time are confirmed after reviewing styles, approximate quantity, workmanship details, material readiness and the approval schedule.

05

Material responsibility and quality control

Specifications and sourcing responsibility for fabric, lining and other garment materials are agreed before production. The approved sample and measurement chart guide in-line checks on critical operations and checks on measurements, symmetry, pressing and final appearance.

06

Branding and packing

Brand, size and care labels, hangers, garment covers, bags and carton configuration can be included according to approved placement and dispatch requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How are the waist, pleats and size range approved?

Waist construction, the pleat decision and size-based measurement points are reviewed on the sample and measurement chart; approved values become the production reference.

How are pocket, belt-loop and fastening details defined?

The pocket and belt-loop configuration and button, hook and zip details are confirmed on the sample from the technical drawing or reference garment.

How are the leg line and hem finish confirmed?

Leg shape, hem finish and related measurements are reviewed together on the sample and measurement chart.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity is not a fixed figure; it is agreed per project after reviewing the product, number of styles, approximate quantity, materials, workmanship details and production scope.

How are sampling, revisions and production lead time planned?

There is no single standard lead time. The sample, revision and production schedule is confirmed for the project after the technical information, styles, approximate quantity, material readiness and approval flow are reviewed.

Who supplies the fabric and other materials?

Technical specifications and responsibility for supplying fabric, lining and other garment materials are agreed clearly at the start of the project.
